Returns
Service Modifications
If you need to modify or cancel a scheduled installation or removal service, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to accommodate changes when feasible, subject to scheduling availability and any costs already incurred.
Product Returns
For products purchased through our asset library, returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging. Items must be unused and in resalable condition. Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return.
Refund Process
Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 10-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Service Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with our installation or removal services, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will review your concerns and work to address any issues that may have occurred during the service.
Damaged Items
If you receive damaged items or if damage occurs during our service, please contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and work with you to resolve the issue appropriately.
Shipping and Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or defective items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exclusions
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or items that were custom-made or personalized. Installation services that have been completed are generally not eligible for refund.
